QUARTER HORSES
Kalpowar Quarter Horses is owned by the Bell Family of Midland and Fort Worth, Texas. The family is dedicated to raising Top Quality Cutting and Reined Cow Horses that will perform in the arena and on the ranch. An AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeder, all of the Kalpowar Foals are eligible for the Ranching Heritage Challenge. A family heritage that is passionate about raising top quality American Quarter Horses and has deep roots in the tradition of West Texas Ranching. The Bells have been a long-time sponsor of the NRCHA, the SRCHA, the NSHA and several other cow horse associations.
REAL ESTATE
Campana Resources real estate division transformed from the Bell’s legacy assets that evolved into real estate acquisition, development, construction, re-allocation, trade and long term management. Campana’s investments include commercial properties, land development projects extending services through out communities, property management of assets, and brokerage in the great state of Texas.
A number of the assets are held in agricultural land holdings. Farming, ranching, livestock management and harvesting materials has provided Campana an opportunity to serve many communities.
